The Oxford dictionary describes wellness as the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.

We can assume here they are referring to physical health, possibly even mental health. Holistic health and the wellness of health is known to be a multi-dimensional system of connectedness which includes:

  • Physical
  • Mental
  • Emotional
  • Environmental
  • Social
  • Spiritual

That is a lot of ground to be actively pursuing if you want to feel, look, and be in your own ideal personal wellness.

Conscious wellness is the practice of tuning inward to listen and receive valuable feedback that is innately within us all. Whether or not you attach a label such as consciousness, intuition, spirit, or universal we all have inner wisdom, it’s just most of us have never learned and practiced methods to access this information.

In the following essays we are going to break down these dimensions of wellness and introduce simple tools for you to access your own inner guidance on your journey, and in your own timing.

Wisdom: Healing your own body in any, and all of these dimensions improves your experience and ability to flow with life. It all expands outward to family, friends, animals, and our physical world. Every step taken on your personal journey is a step forward for healing our world.

Tools to play with: “All is well, all will be well” You can call this an affirmation, mantra, or subconscious reprogramming. Practice repeating this out loud to yourself, and to others if you feel comfortable, use as your email signature, write it as a visual reminder to yourself, and watch closely for any changes in your experience.
