About this site
Who Dat Speaking Out is an independent publication created by Kristen Sbrizza in September 2025. This is a collection of literary press, memory and witness.
Here, the personal collides with the collective: lineage, family, addiction, domestic violence, storms, survival, and various varieties of grief. Written raw, without compromise, it exists to name what has been endured and give voice to what was once silenced.
Who Dat Speaking Out serves as a record of living — of what it means to rebuild after collapse, to hold memory without being consumed by it, and to speak truth even when no one asks for it.

About Kristen Sbrizza
Kristen is a writer, intuitive, and archival truth-teller whose work lives at the intersection of personal healing and collective truth. Her voice is both raw and restrained — part poetry, part documentation — guided by reflection, awareness, and presence.
Beyond the page, Kristen extends this work through her health mentorship practice — guiding others in reclaiming balance, presence, and resilience through somatic aligned, whole-person care. Both her writing and her mentorship center on the same principle: returning to truth through awareness, rhythm, and intentional living.
